REQUIREMENTS?

Pasadena residency and/or employment in

Pasadena will be required.

Income limits are set every year by the
federal government. They will change again
in 2023. Currently, if you earn $50,000 per

year or less, you will meet the income-
eligibility requirements. Income-eligibility

status will be determined once your
application has been processed.
